  • The project is two storey office building with underground parkade. Superstructure is steel frame construction. Main floor is cast-in-place concrete suspended slab. The project is currently in permit stage.

  • Discovery Plaza, Saskatoon, SK*

  • The project was the newest office building in the downtown for more than 10 years. The building is four-storeys with underground parkade. The total tenant area is approximately 50,000 ft2. The building is targeting LEED Silver registration.

  • Century Plaza, Regina, Sk*

  • The project entails the redevelopment of existing two storey concrete retail building, in order to be converted to an office space. The total leasable area is 56,000 ft2. Existing concrete wall and elevator shafts were removed and new elevator shaft was constructed. The basement was converted into a parkade and new car ramp was constructed.

  • Big sky office building, Humbolt, Sk*

  • The project entail the construction of new two-storey office building with a total area of 16,000 ft2. The building is steel frame construction with concrete piles as the substructure. Lateral resisting system is composed of concrete block walls.

  • Range Control, CFB Suffield, AB*

  • This new building is a multi-purpose facility that will house offices and administration areas, accommodations for the duty staff, and garages for equipment and vehicle storage. The facility will be 1 625m2 in size and will provide a location for the control of all air and ground traffic coming into the military training area. Overall construction cost is approximately $5.40 million.

  • The project includes the interior renovation of the single storey building to accommodate a fine Chinese restaurant. An interior steel post is to be removed and alternate.

  • The project includes the interior renovation of the existing store. TIDES was retained to provide steel stud wall and T-bar ceiling design.
