Description:
The development includes the design of 22,000 square feet tilt-up building. TIDES Consulting acted as the prime consultant and structural engineer of record for this development. The building will be used as a freezer and shall maintain the temperature below 40 ºC. Exterior walls are sandwiched insulated tilt up panels with 6 inch insulation. Insulation blocks are used below steel columns and bracing. Heat trace system is installed beneath the slab to avoid frosting the slab. The construction is expected to be completed on 2021.
