Description: 4 storey multi family condo building over one level of underground parkade. Building is designed as the first multi family certified passive building in Vancouver. The upper floors were first designed as load bearing steel stud framing then were re-designed as wood frame structure. The main floor is a suspended concrete slab over concrete columns and foundation walls in the basement. Foundation is spread and strip footings. Building is expected to be completed on 2020.
