Description: A 3 storey mixed use building over one level of partial basement. The building is constructed from a combination of heavy timber, glulam and wood frame construction. The first floor is for retail units. The second floor is a restaurant while the top floor has 4 residential units. Foundation is spread and strip footings. Building is completed on 2018.
