Description: The project entails the renovation and addition to the existing three-level Heritage house in Vancouver West End. The Lightfoot residence was original built in 1903. The Edwardian-era architecture is showcased in the roof massing, curved roof soffit details and simple posts that feature the iconic front porch. The building is classified as class B Heritage building. The project entails the renovation of the building and converting it into 6 market rental units. New foundation system is proposed for the building. The building seismic resistance was upgrade to the current code. Construction is completed on 2019.
