Description: The development includes the design of single building for medical distribution centre. The building is 567,000 square feet and include several mezzanine areas. The building walls are concrete tilt-up panels. The roof structure is steel moment frames. The choice of moment frame system was due to the request of the client to avoid any diagonal bracing that may be in conflict with the building operation. The roof structure had the biggest roof-mounted solar panels in North America. The construction is completed on 2018.
