Description: The development includes the major renovation of the existing tilt up structure. The exterior tilt up walls will be removed and replaced with curtain walls. New mezzanine will be added as well. The building is seismically upgraded to the current code with chevron braces added to replace the tilt up walls. The construction is expected to be completed on 2020.
