Description: The project entails the renovation and addition to the existing three-level wood frame Heritage apartment building in downtown core area. The building is two level above grade with one level of partial basement. All interior load-bearing walls were removed and the existing floors were remodeled. New concrete foundation is constructed. New two levels were added to the building. The building seismic resistance was upgraded to meet the current building code. Foundation is spread and strip footings. Construction is expected to commence on 2020.
